一、账号被封怎么办
如果你某一天打开登录ChatGPT账号时看到了下面这个界面，那么恭喜你，你被OpenAI成功识别为国内用户，并被赠送了封号套餐。但是不用担心，小金接下来会手把手教大家操作，教你如何使用申诉邮箱联系OpenAI官方，为你的账号解封（特别是尊贵的Plus账号）。
二、如何防止被封号
不要使用亚洲节点登录！
不要使用同一台机子，先后登录不同的账号！
不要使用不同的机子登录同一个账号！
要使用固定的IP，不要经常换！
如果大家不太确定，那么小金建议大家最近几天还是暂时不要登录自己的账号了，防止被封号，而且听说已经很多账号已经被封了，连尊贵的plus账号都没能幸免
三、账号解封操作教程
第一步准备一封英文邮件
首先需要发一封英文邮件给官方申诉接收邮箱support@openai.com。邮件内容应说明账号被封的原因纯属误伤，自己是原生海外用户，可能是账号被人盗用登录了。如果你的英文表达能力不够自信，我们也准备了一份保姆级英文模板，你只需要将你自己的邮箱账号和姓名复制到模板中即可。具体步骤如下：
将你被封的邮箱账号复制粘贴到模板中的【】位置，注意删掉【】。
使用另一个邮箱（如Outlook邮箱或Gmail等海外邮箱），将邮件内容发送至官方申诉接收邮箱：support@openai.com。
耐心等待官方回复。如果三天内没有收到回复，可以再发一次申诉邮件。

官方回复邮件
一段时间后，OpenAI官方会回复你的申诉邮件，要求你确认你的活动轨迹，例如：询问你是否进行了某些可疑的登录行为。这个时候，你需要通过邮件向官方解释这些奇怪的登录行为绝对不是你的操作，请求官方给你一个解封的机会。如果你是Plus账号，记得晒出你的付款记录，证明自己是真正的氪金用户，而非白嫖玩家。这样可以增加申诉成功的几率。
如果你使用的是Outlook邮箱登录，可以登录：https://account.live.com/Activity，然后查看你的所有登录地点。如果你的登录地点始终为美国，那么你就不会被封号了。因为通常情况下，由于IP不够稳定或某些网络中断，可能会出现一些奇怪的登录地址。
